Imakhu explains about the African water traditions, the signs of the calling for a Water Priest/ess and the responsibilities, and the characteristics of Water People. She also shares info about two popular African water deities Yemaya and Oya.
Imakhu is initiated into the South African Shona/Ndebele tradition as a Water Healer (nganga). The Water Healer's path, as a spiritual warrior, is to create bridges of peace. Closing song, I AM, is from Imakhu's CD, "SOULstice." Composition, arrangement, vocals, and instrumentals by Imakhu.
